建立连续流动注射分析法测定水中挥发酚的方法,选用自动进样器和在线蒸馏系统,标准和样品均在线蒸馏。试验结果表明:在2.0-200.0μg/L浓度范围内,体系吸光度值与挥发酚浓度呈良好的线性关系(相关系数〉0.999),检出限1.0μg/L,实际样品加标回收率在91.6%~110.3%,与国家标准方法比较,无明显差异,可用于水中挥发酚的定量检测。

Using flow injection analysis and in - line distillation to determine volatile phenol in water was studied. Linear curve was obtained in the range of 2.0 - 200.0μg/L with a good linearity, the correlation coefficient was above 0.999 and the limit of detection was 1.0 μg/L. The average recovery range of volatile phenol in environmental water was 91.6% -110.3%. The results showed no significant difference from those achieved by the intermational method. The method was rapid, precise, convenient and was applied to the determination of volatile phenol in water with good results.
