邻苯二胺与3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯甲醛在水中洁净合成了1-(3-甲氧基-4-羟基苄基)-2(3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯基)苯并咪唑。并合成了其Cu(Ⅱ)、Sn(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)三个配合物。利用正交法优化了反应条件,较佳条件为反应温度60℃、反应时间2.0 h、胺醛摩尔比0.3。抑菌活性结果表明0.01 g/L浓度的样品对四种菌种均具有较佳的抑菌活性。

1-(3-methoxy,4-hydroxy benzyl)-2-(3-methoxy,4-hydroxy phenyl)-1H-Benzo[d] imidazole was synthesized by the reaction of o-phenylenddiamine with p-methoxybenaldehydein in the water clean.And its three complexes of Cu(Ⅱ),Sn(Ⅱ)and Zn(Ⅱ) were synthesized.Using orthogonally designed experiment,the reaction conditions were optimized,and better conditions for reaction were temperature 60 ℃,reaction time 2.0 h,and amine aldehyde moore than 0.3.Fungicidal activity test showed that the 0.01 g/L concentration samples of four strains of all had better antibacterial activity.
