某新建氯碱厂在自建成后投产的1个多月时间中,曾因外电波动等原因出现两次系统跳闸,氯气处理工序的事故负压水封在跳闸后均出现跑氯现象。通过生产管理、现场操作、设计等各方人员进行事故分析,找出了跑氯原因并对水封的设计改进提出建议。

A new chlorine-alkali plant built into operation after more than a month,electric wave was twice in the tripping system for foreign radio,and chlorine gas leakage was occurred in the water seal negative pressure after the tripping during chlorine process.Through the production management,site operation,design,and all personnel accident analysis,the reasons of leakage were analyzed and suggestions of chlorine water seal design improvement were proposed.
