研究木兰科植物滇桂木莲鲜叶精油化学成分,开发其在医药、香料和化妆品行业的用途。采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取滇桂木莲鲜叶精油,采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术分析精油成分。共检测出52种化合物,检出量达97%,其中约70%为高沸点状态下出峰。含量较高的五种物质为4-羟基-4-甲基-2-戊酮(8.50%)、反式-橙花叔醇(7.95%)、τ-杜松醇(6.74%)、α-萜品烯(6.38%)、库贝醇(5.01%)。
研究木蘭科植物滇桂木蓮鮮葉精油化學成分,開髮其在醫藥、香料和化妝品行業的用途。採用水蒸氣蒸餾法提取滇桂木蓮鮮葉精油,採用氣相色譜-質譜(GC-MS)聯用技術分析精油成分。共檢測齣52種化閤物,檢齣量達97%,其中約70%為高沸點狀態下齣峰。含量較高的五種物質為4-羥基-4-甲基-2-戊酮(8.50%)、反式-橙花叔醇(7.95%)、τ-杜鬆醇(6.74%)、α-萜品烯(6.38%)、庫貝醇(5.01%)。

The chemical substance of essential oil from fresh leaves of Manglietia forrestii,which was magnoliaceous species,was studied.The application of Manglietia forretii in medicine,frangrance and cosmetic were developped.High boiling point substances take up to 70% in all 52 kinds of compounds(97%) detected.2-Pentanone,4-hydroxy-4-methyl-(8.50%),Trans-Nerolidol(7.95%),τ-Cadinol(6.74%),α-Terpineol(6.38%),and Cubenol(5.01%) were the five main constituents.
