改革开放以来，中国在探索社会主义民主政治发展的过程中，昭示了一条有中国特色的民主发展路径：即坚持基层民主与国家层面的完政民主相互协调，共同推动中国民主政治发展。宪政民主与基层民主是两种不同的民主形式，它们之间的区别是显而易见的，但二者又都统一于中国特色社会主义的伟大实践，成为并行不悖的两种基本的民主形式。
改革開放以來，中國在探索社會主義民主政治髮展的過程中，昭示瞭一條有中國特色的民主髮展路徑：即堅持基層民主與國傢層麵的完政民主相互協調，共同推動中國民主政治髮展。憲政民主與基層民主是兩種不同的民主形式，它們之間的區彆是顯而易見的，但二者又都統一于中國特色社會主義的偉大實踐，成為併行不悖的兩種基本的民主形式。
개혁개방이래，중국재탐색사회주의민주정치발전적과정중，소시료일조유중국특색적민주발전로경：즉견지기층민주여국가층면적완정민주상호협조，공동추동중국민주정치발전。헌정민주여기층민주시량충불동적민주형식，타문지간적구별시현이역견적，단이자우도통일우중국특색사회주의적위대실천，성위병행불패적량충기본적민주형식。
