输油管道泄漏诊断过程中,复杂噪声背景下的泄漏信号往往难以检测,因此泄漏点的定位准确度也无法得到保障。而将小波变换在模极大值处理中的优势应用到管道泄漏检测与定位信号分析中,根据信号小波变换模极大值和信号奇异点之间的关系,由小波变换模极大值沿尺度变化趋势分析出压力信号的突变点,计算出管道泄漏产生的压力波传播到上、下游监测点的时间差,利用负压波定位泄漏的常规公式确定出泄漏点的位置。实验证明,该方法能快速准确地捕捉压力信号突变点,并定位管道泄漏位置。

During oil pipeline leakage detection, signals are very difficult to be detected under complicated noise background, the accurate leakage positioning is hard to be guaranteed. By applying the advantages of wavelet transformation modulus maximum value into analysis of leakage detection and positioning of pipeline, and according to relationship between wavelet transform modulus maximum value and signal odd point, to find out pressure signal odd points based on trend of maximum change of wavelet transform modulus along the scale, and to determine time difference pressure wave generated from pipeline leakage transmits from top inspection point to bottom point. The leakage location can be determined by normal formula accurately with negative pressure wave. Experiments show that the method can quickly and accurately identify pressure signals odd points, and position leakage location of pipelines.
