The adjustment and reform of the training objectives in military colleges and universities is a great challenge to the job of nurturing the cadets＇core values. Traditional ways cannot satisfy the future needs to nurture the cadets＇core values either theoretically or methodologically. We must push the development of educational practice through theoretical innovation in order to ensure the effects. The field theory is quite meaningful in inspiring new ways to nurture the cadets＂ core values under new situations. We should refer to the achievements of the field theory to promote the innovation of the educational methods. In practice, we should change our concepts, optimize the information, reinforce the management, and give an impetus to the formation of group mind to guarantee the nurturing effects.
