面向服务架构（SOA）是近年来备受关注的信息系统设计技术，代表了软件架构的方向。根据防潮系统总体功能需求，天津市防潮信息系统在建设中尝试使用SOA设计开发，通过遵照SOA架构原则，系统架构设计为7层结构，建立和部署系列WCF服务，较好地达到了系统集成和内部功能的松耦合，以及分布式部署的应用要求。通过采用SOA将系统的业务应用划分为不同的业务功能和流程，通过组合调用各种服务并封装成业务功能组件来满足不同的业务需求，从而使防潮相关业务和信息系统可以适应不同的业务需求。

Service-oriented architecture（SOA）, a design technology for information system that has get attentionfully in recent years, bespeaks the development trend of software architecture. In accordance with needs of general functions of Tide Prevention system, SOA was attempted to use in the construction of Tide Prevention information system in Tianjin. According to architecture principles, the system is designed as a 7-layer structure to establish and offer WCF services, better realizing loose coupling of system integration and internal functions, meeting the requirements for distributed deployment. Business application of the system can be classified into different business function and process by SOA, services composition and invocation and encapsulation of business function components can be performed to satisfy different business needs, .thus Tide Prevention business and the information system can meet different business demands.
