采用萌发试验方法,研究了黑土滩人工草地土壤种子库的物种组成、密度、时空格局和物种多样性等特征,为黄河源区黑土滩退化草地改建成的人工草地群落演替的动态预测和持续利用提供一定的理论依据。结果表明:土壤种子库中共有36种植物组成,隶属于16科;土壤种子库在物种比例和发芽数比例上都表现出多年生草本植物〉一二年生草本植物〉灌木;土壤种子库中禾本科植物是群落的优势种,经济型中优良牧草占最大比例;土壤种子库中种子数量在垂直分布上呈现出由表层土壤向深层逐层减少的变化规律;人工建植草地Margalef丰富度指数、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数和Pielou均匀性指数均随年龄的增长而呈下降趋势。

The characteristics of soil seed bank for cultured grassland on Black Soil Beach are studied by germination test methods,such as species composition,density,spatial and temporal patterns and species diversity,to provide a theoretical basis for Dynamic forecast about Community succession and sustainable use of the degraded grassland turned into the cultured grassland on Black Soil Beach in Yellow River source area.The results showed that:There were 36 plant species in the soil seed bank,which belongs to 16 families.Proportion of species and germination in the soil seed show perennial herbaceous plantsannual biennial herbage plantsshrubs bank.Gramineae are the dominant species in the community of sill seed bank and Fine pasture occupys the largest proportion in economic model For the vertical distribution, the number of seeds in the soil seed bank took on a decreasing trend with soiI depth increasing. The trends of Margalef abundance index.Shannon-Wiener diversity index and Pielou evenness index are decreasing with the growth of the age in cultured grassland.
