依据“一剂多用”原则,以油酸、油酸三乙醇胺、苯并三氮唑、三乙醇胺为原料,采用正交试验法优化设计了不含亚硝酸盐、磷、硫、苯酚等有害元素的无毒低污染油基切削液.研究结果表明:该切削液具有优良的润滑性、防锈性和防腐性,具有良好的应用前景.
依據“一劑多用”原則,以油痠、油痠三乙醇胺、苯併三氮唑、三乙醇胺為原料,採用正交試驗法優化設計瞭不含亞硝痠鹽、燐、硫、苯酚等有害元素的無毒低汙染油基切削液.研究結果錶明:該切削液具有優良的潤滑性、防鏽性和防腐性,具有良好的應用前景.
의거“일제다용”원칙,이유산、유산삼을순알、분병삼담서、삼을순알위원료,채용정교시험법우화설계료불함아초산염、린、류、분분등유해원소적무독저오염유기절삭액.연구결과표명:해절삭액구유우량적윤활성、방수성화방부성,구유량호적응용전경.
According to the " agent with multi-function" principle, taking oleic acid, triethanolamine oleate, benzotriazole and triethanolamine as raw materials, this paper prepares the non-toxic low pollution oil-based cutting fluid without harmful elements such as nitrite, phenol, sulfur, phosphorus etc. by orthogonal test design. The results show that the cutting fluid has excellent lubricity, rust and corrosion resistance, and has good application prospect.
