利用FLUENT对柴油机在标定工况下的燃烧过程与NOx排放进行数值模拟研究.通过实验确定多维计算的边界条件,然后利用FLUENT中的燃烧模型定制边界条件、定义物理模型,完成缸内燃烧模拟.模拟结果与实验结果相吻合,标定工况下,误差不超过6%.研究结果表明,采用柴油机燃烧多维计算模型模拟缸内燃烧过程与NOx排放是一种有效的研究策略,为柴油机燃烧性能的研究提供一种可靠的手段.

Using the software of FLUENT combined with different operating conditions of diesel engine,simulated the combustion process of a diesel engine and calculate the content of NOx.According to the boundary condition of practical experimental data,set the boundaries of combustion model and physical model and accomplished the combustion process of diesel engine.Under the nominal operating condition,the comparison between experimentresults and simulation results showed that it was feasible and the error was less than 6 %.Therefore,the method was an effective strategy for the research of diesel combustion,and it also offered reliable method for studying the combustion of diesel.
