BLAD（Bovine Leukocyte Adhesion Deficiency）是一种遗传免疫缺陷性疾病,能够引起牛持续感染和严重影响牛生长发育,已给养牛业造成了巨大的经济损失。为了解黑龙江省家畜繁育指导站种公牛BLAD携带及其发生情况,采用RT-PCR扩增牛CD18部分基因片段后,用TaqⅠ对扩增产物进行酶切方法抽样调查了该繁育指导站3~6岁的100头种公牛,调查比例为76.5%,结果没有发现BLAD携带牛和BLAD病牛,说明该单位种公牛不存在BLAD和BLAD携带。

Bovine leukocyte adhesion deficiency is a genetic disorder in cattle,and leads to persistent infection and severely impacts bovine growth and development,which can cause great financial losses for cattle rearing.In order to know the carrier and occurrence of BLAD among breeding oxen age from three to six years old in Heilongjiang Animal Breeding Center,100 bulls,which accounted for 76.5 percent of breeding oxen overall,were investigated by means of amplifying a CD18 gene fragments via reverse transcriptase-PCR and digesting the segments with TaqⅠrestriction endonuclease.The result was that none of the breeding oxen was BLAD carrier or BLAD bull,which indicated there were not BLAD carriers or BLAD bulls in the center.
