本文对丙烯酸与乙烯基硅油共聚物改性非离子破乳剂单体以制备新型低温破乳剂进行了研究。首先筛选出适合安塞原油的两类非离子破乳剂单体,然后进行了丙烯酸和丙烯酸与乙烯基硅油共聚物对两类非离子破乳剂的改性试验,最后以安塞原油为研究对象,详细考察了药剂成本相同、实验条件相同条件下两种非离子破乳剂单体的改性效果。当脱水温度为45℃时:两种破乳剂单体的改性效果都不显著。当脱水温度为35℃时:对于线型非离子破乳剂单体,改性使破乳剂脱水速度和脱水效果下降;对于星型非离子破乳剂单体,改性使破乳剂脱水速度和脱水效果明显提高,破乳剂的使用温度降低(5~10)℃有好的适应性。

The preparation methods of novel low-temperature demulsifier by modifying nonionic demulsifier with acrylic acid、vinyl silicone oil copolymer were studied.First,two kinds of nonionic demulsifiers monomer were screened for Ansai crude oil;then,two kinds of nonionic demulsifiers were modified by acrylic acid and acrylic acid、vinyl silicone oil copolymer;finally,the ansai oil as the research object oil and the modification effect of the two nonionic demulsifier monomer were detailed investigated under the same reagent cost and the same Experimental conditions.As the Experimental temperature of 45℃,two kinds of demulsifiers monomer are less modification effect.As the Experimental temperature of 35℃,the modification made dehydrating rate and dehydrating effect of linear nonionic monomers were reduced;the modification made dehydrating rate and dehydrating effect of star nonionic monomers demulsifier were distinct enhanced,the using temperature of novel demulsifier is lower(5~10)℃than the star nonionic monomers demulsifier and it has good adaptability.
