为确定环境对某型飞机寿命的影响,在分析了该飞机腐蚀疲劳典型部位的结构特点和腐蚀环境的基础上,编制了典型部位的局部环境谱,并根据当量加速原理,通过线性拟合与计算,确定了局部停放环境谱与试验室加速环境之间的折算关系,并应用于该型飞机定延寿工作中,对确定该型飞机寿命起到了重要作用,也为该飞机的使用维护提供了参考。
為確定環境對某型飛機壽命的影響,在分析瞭該飛機腐蝕疲勞典型部位的結構特點和腐蝕環境的基礎上,編製瞭典型部位的跼部環境譜,併根據噹量加速原理,通過線性擬閤與計算,確定瞭跼部停放環境譜與試驗室加速環境之間的摺算關繫,併應用于該型飛機定延壽工作中,對確定該型飛機壽命起到瞭重要作用,也為該飛機的使用維護提供瞭參攷。

In order to verify the influence of environment on xx aircraft life, local environment spectrum of typical parts was developed based on the analysis of structural of typical corrosive fatigue components of XX aircraft and corrosive environment. Through the linear fitting and computation, the conversion relationship between the environment spectrum for local parking and the lab acceleration environment was established according to the equivalent acceleration principle, and has been successfully applied to the life extension of xx aircraft. It verified an important effect on aircraft life and supplied a reference on aircraft operation maintenance.
