介绍了一种基于GPRS的钻井平台油料消耗远程监控系统,给出了系统的工作框架(包括前台系统和后台系统)及系统工作原理。针对某个井队现场的具体应用进行了储油罐进出油实验,在储油罐发生变位的情况下,建立出了罐内油位高度和储油量变化情况模型。该系统的应用使油料消耗管理摆脱了人工管理阶段,对杜绝浪费漏洞,完善内控制度和降低生产成本有一定的帮助。
介紹瞭一種基于GPRS的鑽井平檯油料消耗遠程鑑控繫統,給齣瞭繫統的工作框架(包括前檯繫統和後檯繫統)及繫統工作原理。針對某箇井隊現場的具體應用進行瞭儲油罐進齣油實驗,在儲油罐髮生變位的情況下,建立齣瞭罐內油位高度和儲油量變化情況模型。該繫統的應用使油料消耗管理襬脫瞭人工管理階段,對杜絕浪費漏洞,完善內控製度和降低生產成本有一定的幫助。

This paper introduces a remote monitoring system of oil consumption based on GPRS in drilling platform, and gives work frame of this system including foreground system, background system and it' s working principle. Also aiming at specific application in some oil team, we make experiment of oil in and out. When oil tanks are occurred in displacements, a model that oil level related to change of oil surplus in tank is built. This application makes oil consumption management get rid of labor management, and takes an important significance to eliminate waste leak, to perfect internal control system and to reduce production costs.
