含有针孔的电解铜箔用来制作电路板会导致短路或断路而不能使用。而在线检测装置就是以89C51为核心设计电路应用在电解铜箔生产线上实现实时检测，能及时发现针孔并做出相应处理。通过仿真及实际测量数据可以看出基于89C51的电解铜箔针孔在线检测装置能实现在线检测功能，可应用于实际生产线。

The circuit board manufactured by electrodeposited copper foil with pinhole will be short circuit or open circuit. Online detection device based on 89C51 can detect pinholes in time if it is applied to the production line for real-time detection. The results of experimentation and simulation show that the device based on 89C51 has the ability of online detection and it can be used in real production.
