多年的实践表明，现行实践性教学不仅存在组织管理和监督方面的不足，同时还存在与理论教学活动和科研活动等方面的矛盾。本文深入分析目前实践性教学中存在的主要问题，探讨实践性教学改革的方法和措施，为进行合理的教学改革、提高教学质量提供借鉴和参考。

다년적실천표명，현행실천성교학불부존재조직관리화감독방면적불족，동시환존재여이론교학활동화과연활동등방면적모순。본문심입분석목전실천성교학중존재적주요문제，탐토실천성교학개혁적방법화조시，위진행합리적교학개혁、제고교학질량제공차감화삼고。
Many year practices indicated that practical teaching not only has some shortages in management and supervision, but also is in contradiction with theoretical teaching activity and scientific research. Through comprehensive analysis on the main questions in the practical teaching at present, measures of practical teaching reform has been discussed in this paper. All of those could provide some referenced value for teaching reform and improving teaching quality.
