以苯硫酚为起始原料,与对氟苯甲醛进行取代反应得4-苯硫基苯甲醛(Ⅱ),再经硼氢化钠还原、浓盐酸氯代两步反应得到目标产物4-苯硫基氯苄(Ⅰ),总收率88%(以苯硫酚计),纯度95.8%(高压液相色谱法).目标化合物结构经核磁共振氢谱、质谱确证.

4-Phenylthiobenzyl chloride was prepared by the substitution of 4-fluorobenzaldehyde with thiophenol to obtain 4-(phenylthio)benzaldehyde,and then reducted with sodium borohydride and chlorination with concentrated hydrochloric acid in an overall yield of 88 %(based on thiophenol).The purity was 95.8 %.The structure and purity of target product were confirmed by HPLC,1H-NMR and MS.
