研究了滤膜过滤分离工业废水中溶解态和悬浮态金属、电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定溶解态和悬浮态21种金属元素含量的分析方法,并对方法的检出限、精密度、加标回收等指标进行了研究。实验过程中标准曲线线性相关系数r均大于0.999,各元素的相对标准偏差(RSD%)均小于4.0%,各元素的加标回收率均在89~112%之间。实验结果表明该方法具有检出限低、可同时分析多种元素、线性范围宽、分析精密度高、分析速度快等优点,可用于工业废水中溶解态和悬浮态金属元素含量的测定。

The paper studies dissolved metals and suspended metals in industrial waste water which is filtered by membrane And the determination of 21 dissolved and suspended metals by ICP-MS. And also studies the detection limits, precision, Standard Recovery and other indexes of the measuring method. The linear course of the experiment were greater than 0.999 correlation coefficient, the relative standard deviation of each element(RSD%) were less than 4.0%, the recoveries of the elements are in the 89 ~112%. Experimental results show that the method has low detection limits, which can analyze multiple elements, and it has wide linear range of high precision, which can fast detect. The method can be used in the determination of dissolved and suspended metals in industrial waste water.
