蒙山虫草属于发现较晚的冬虫夏草种类,其主要化学成分、医疗保健功效与我国西部高原地区的冬虫夏草基本一致。2000年以来,笔者以大米为主要培养基,进行了大量的人工培养及规模化生产试验研究。结果:获得了实验室条件下培养蒙山虫草最佳培养基配方,及人工培养虫草菌丝体和子实体的技术要点,并总结出温度、湿度、光照、酸碱度等环境因子对虫草生长的作用。
矇山蟲草屬于髮現較晚的鼕蟲夏草種類,其主要化學成分、醫療保健功效與我國西部高原地區的鼕蟲夏草基本一緻。2000年以來,筆者以大米為主要培養基,進行瞭大量的人工培養及規模化生產試驗研究。結果:穫得瞭實驗室條件下培養矇山蟲草最佳培養基配方,及人工培養蟲草菌絲體和子實體的技術要點,併總結齣溫度、濕度、光照、痠堿度等環境因子對蟲草生長的作用。
몽산충초속우발현교만적동충하초충류,기주요화학성분、의료보건공효여아국서부고원지구적동충하초기본일치。2000년이래,필자이대미위주요배양기,진행료대량적인공배양급규모화생산시험연구。결과:획득료실험실조건하배양몽산충초최가배양기배방,급인공배양충초균사체화자실체적기술요점,병총결출온도、습도、광조、산감도등배경인자대충초생장적작용。
Cordyceps Kyushuensis Kobayasi belong to find later cordyceps types, its main chemical composhion and health care efficacy and in China's western plateau cordyceps are basically the same. Since 2000, the author taken the rice as the main culture medium, has carried on a lot of artificial cultivation and scale production testing and research. The result: got the best culture medium of C. mengshanensis under laboratory conditions, and took the technological points of cultured mycelia and fruitbody, in addition,summed up the role of temperature, humidity, light, pH and other environmental factors on C. mengshanensis growth.
