以二水合钨酸钠与不同配体形成的络合物为催化剂,在相转移剂作用下,用30%的过氧化氢氧化环己烯合成己二酸。探讨了反应装置、催化剂用量、配体用量、相转移剂用量、反应时间、冷却时间对反应的影响。在优化条件下,即磷酸为配体,PEG600为相转移催化剂,220 mmol 30%H2O2氧化50 mmol环己烯,且n(Na2WO4.2H2O)∶n(H3PO4)∶n(环己烯)=1∶2∶20,常规回流3.0 h,己二酸的产率达67.4%。二水合钨酸钠和过氧化氢催化氧化体系重复使用5次后,己二酸的分离产率仍然较高。二水合钨酸钠/过氧化氢为一种绿色催化氧化体系,具有较好的发展前景。

Synthesis of adipic acid based on cyclohexene in phase transfer catalyst was investigated with 30% H2O2 as oxidant,complex compound formed by Na2WO4·2H2O as catalyst.The effects of catalyst dosage,ratio of Na2WO4·2H2O to H2O2,ligand dosage,phase transfer catalyst dosage and reaction time on reaction were studied.The results showed that the max yield of adipic acid was 67.4% when phosphoric acid was used as the ligand,PEG600 as the phase transfer catalyst and the molar ratio of Na2WO4·2H2O,H3PO4 and cyclohexene was 1∶2∶20.Although the aqueous solution of Na2WO4·2H2O and H2O2 was used for 5 times,the separation production rates were still high.The solution of Na2WO4·2H2O and H2O2,a kind of green catalyzed oxidation system,has good prospects for development..
