按照GB/T 17592-2006标准测定纺织品中可萃取的禁用偶氮染料,以联苯胺、对氯苯胺和3,3’-二甲氧基联苯胺为例,对该方法整个过程中产生的测量不确定度进行评估,通过对不确定度来源的分析、量化,合成了不确定度,并将芳香胺回收率作为不确定度进行评估。结果表明在该方法中,禁用偶氮染料检测过程中随机效应、芳香胺回收率及标准溶液配制过程中引入的不确定度是最主要的影响因素。

According to the standard of GB/T17592-2006,the extractable banned azonic colourants in textiles were determined.Taking benzidine,p-chloroaniline and 3,3′-dimethoxybenzidine for example,the uncertainty in the whole process of this determination method was evaluated.Based on the analysis and quantification of the uncertainty source,the uncertainty was combined and the recovery of aromatic amine was also taken in to the evaluation.The results showed that in this method the most important factors affecting the uncertainty of the determination of banned azonic colourants are random effects,recovery of aromatic amine and the uncertainty in the preparation of standard solutions.
