试验旨在探讨藏绵羊羊毛季节性生长规律,为藏绵羊羊毛的均衡生产提供理论依据。结果表明,藏绵羊在青草期、黄草期和枯草期羊毛生长长度分别占全年总长度的67.66%、15.68%和16.66%,羊毛生长速度青草期极显著高于黄草期和枯草期(P〈0.01),黄草期极显著高于枯草期(P〈0.01);藏绵羊体侧部5 cm×5 cm毛束生长重量青草期、黄草期和枯草期分别占全年生长总重量的78.89%、7.68%和13.43%,毛束增重速度青草期极显著高于黄草期和枯草期(P〈0.01),黄草期极显著高于枯草期(P〈0.01);藏绵羊羊毛中氨基酸含量青草期〉黄草期〉枯草期。

The experiment was done to study the seasonal growth law of wool of Tibetan sheep,to provide a theoretical basis for the balanced production of wool of Tibetan sheep.The results showed that the length of wool growth in grass season,yellow grass season and hay season accounted for 67.66%,15.68% and 16.66% of total length,respectively.Wool growth rate of grass season was significantly higher than these of yellow grass season and hay season(P0.01),and wool growth rate of yellow grass season was significantly higher than that of hay season(P0.01).The weight of wool bundle grown in grass season,yellow grass season and hay season accounted for 78.89%,7.68% and 13.43% of total weight in body-side area of Tibetan sheep(5cm×5cm),respectively.Weight gain rate of wool bundles of grass season was significantly higher than these of yellow grass season and hay season(P0.01),and weight gain rate of yellow grass season was significantly higher than that of hay season(P0.01).The amino acid content of wool in Tibetan sheep was that in grass season in yellow grass seasonin hay season.
