采用粘土水泥浆在大体积坑洞及溶洞充填,为克服结石体抗压强度较低、水泥耗量较大的缺点,在综合现有土壤固化剂的基础上,研究开发了一种低耗能、低碳、低成本的新型粘土浆结构剂。同时介绍了新型粘土浆结构剂的研究方法、试验手段、材料性能以及与水泥作为固化剂时的强度对比,并提供工程实例应用,供类似工程参考。
採用粘土水泥漿在大體積坑洞及溶洞充填,為剋服結石體抗壓彊度較低、水泥耗量較大的缺點,在綜閤現有土壤固化劑的基礎上,研究開髮瞭一種低耗能、低碳、低成本的新型粘土漿結構劑。同時介紹瞭新型粘土漿結構劑的研究方法、試驗手段、材料性能以及與水泥作為固化劑時的彊度對比,併提供工程實例應用,供類似工程參攷。

There are some shortcomings as low compressive strength of solid and large consumption of cement in the application of clay-cement grout in the process of filling holes and caves with large volume.Based on various soil stabilizers,a new clay grout hardener is studied and developed,which is of low-power,low-carbon and low-cost.Meanwhile,its compressive strength is compared with clay-cement grout,its research methods,testing methods and characteristics of materials are introduced,and the engineering examples are provided for similar projects.
