The area measurement in the house property surveying is an important part of enhancing the city management in the property right,development,trade and dismantle to move service,it is also the essential foundation work of city construction and management.According to the authors＇work experience,this paper introduces the difference in the real area measurement,the building area measurement and some experiences on the area measurement in the house property surveying.
