本文通过火焰原子吸收法对蛋白粉中的铜含量进行测定,比较了干法消化与微波消解两种前处理方法。并根据国际国内计量技术规范的要求,对测量结果的不确定度进行了评估,扩展不确定度为0.42mg/kg,测量结果表示为19.68±0.42mg/kg(k=2)。

In this paper, we had used FAAS to determine copper in protein powder, and made comparison with two pre-treatment methods such as dry digestion and microwave digestion. We also had evaluated uncertainty of the results, according to the requirements of international and domestic technical specifications measurement, the expanded uncertainty was 0.42 mg / kg and the result could be expressed as 19.68 ± 0.42 mg / kg (k = 2).
