采用先天具有较低社会性和较高焦虑情绪的成年雄性Balb/cj实验鼠,皮下注射雌二醇（β-Estradiol）和抗雌激素物质克罗米酚柠檬酸盐（Clomiphene citrate）,通过旷场（open-field）、高架十字迷宫（elevated plus-maze）和同性社会互做（male-male social interaction）测试,观察和分析动物情绪和行为的变化.结果显示,雌二醇能显著降低实验鼠的焦虑程度并且提高其运动性与社会性行为.克罗米酚柠檬酸盐对实验鼠的情绪以及运动性的改变与雌二醇组效果相似,但是增加了非社会性行为发生的频次和时间.表明较高或较低水平的雌激素对雄性Balb/cj实验鼠的情绪以及运动性都会产生正向的促进作用.较高水平的雌激素仅能降低非社会性行为,对社会性行为并未形成明显的影响,而较低水平的雌激素既能降低动物的社会性,又能提高非社会性行为.

To investigate the effects of estrogen on animal＇s emotions,social behavior,male Balb/cj mice with innate lower sociability and higher anxiety were used as animal model,the mice were treated with subcutaneous injection of estrogen and Clomifene citrate,their anxiety and sociability were observed and analyzed in the open-field,the elevated plus-maze,the male-male social interaction tests.The results showed that compared with the control group,mice treated with estrogen showed lower level of anxiety,higher loco motor activity and sociability.The results also showed that different levels of β-Estradiol causes changes in anxiety,mobility and sociability of Balb/cj mice.
