文章分析了地沟油生物柴油的组成及其理化性能,并通过对比试验分析了地沟油生物柴油在柴油机上使用的排放性能。结果表明:地沟油生物柴油的主要成分是C16:0、C18:0、C18:1、C18:2的脂肪酸甲酯,并且其理化性能与矿物柴油基本相当;燃烧排放尾气中CO、HC和颗粒物含量有所降低,NOx含量有所升高,可完全替代矿物柴油长期使用。

The paper analyzed the components of the waste oil biodiesel by gas chromatography. Comparative tests were made on a diesel engine fueled by the waste oil biodiesel and diesel in terms of the emission characteristics. The results showed that the basis of waste oil biodiesel is C16:0, C18:0, C18:1, C18:2 methyl ester. The physico-chemical properties of the waste oil biodiesel were almost the same to those of mineral oil. The function of diesel engine using the admixture fuel was improved as follows: the emissions of CO and HC and PM are decreased, and the mission of NOx was increased.
