超声波电脱盐破乳技术是新兴的原油破乳技术,具有无污染、脱盐效果好等特点。超声波电脱盐组合技术在陕西延长石油延安炼油厂260万吨/年常压装置工业应用表明：超声波电脱盐系统操作方便,设备使用性能稳定、可靠,电脱盐效果良好,脱后含盐量平均值由投用前的2.97mg/L降至2.64mg/L,脱后排水含油量、COD与投用前相比均略有下降,不仅降本增效显著（每年节约破乳剂186.55吨、节资186.15万元）,而且大大减轻了工人劳动强度,达到了预期的技术改造目的。

The ultrasonic wave electrodesalting emulsion breaking technology is an emerging crude oil emulsion breaking technology,with no pollution,the high desalinization effect and other well characteristics.In the Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum（Group） Corp.Ltd.Yan＇an Refinery 2 600 000 ton/year atmospheric pressure installment,the industrial application of ultrasonic wave electrodesalting combination technology indicated： The ultrasonic wave electrodesalting system operation is convenient,the equipment operational performance is stable,reliable,the electrodesalting effect is good,the average salt content drops from 2.97mg/L to 2.64mg/L after removal,the oil content、 COD in removed water have decreased slightly compared with before,not only the reducing cost and increasing efficiency fell obviously（to save demulsifier 186.55 tons,the saving capital is 1 861 500 Yuan every year）,but the worker labor intensity reduced greatly also,this has served the anticipated technological transformations purpose.
