鉴于总结和评价已开发产热材料对今后正确选择磁热疗用材料进行有效治疗人体肿瘤有现实意义,系统综述了近2年各产热材料的最新研究,并引入评价因子以比较不同磁场条件下各材料的产热能力.经比较,产热能力较好的材料分别为羟基磷灰石包覆的Fe_3O_4/γ-Fe_2O_3、Fe_3O_4包覆的Fe、聚乙烯亚胺包覆的MnFe_2O_4及金属Co,其中铁氧化物已有人体临床实验的研究,可预见合理包覆的铁氧化物在人体肿瘤磁热疗中的应用前景.
鑒于總結和評價已開髮產熱材料對今後正確選擇磁熱療用材料進行有效治療人體腫瘤有現實意義,繫統綜述瞭近2年各產熱材料的最新研究,併引入評價因子以比較不同磁場條件下各材料的產熱能力.經比較,產熱能力較好的材料分彆為羥基燐灰石包覆的Fe_3O_4/γ-Fe_2O_3、Fe_3O_4包覆的Fe、聚乙烯亞胺包覆的MnFe_2O_4及金屬Co,其中鐵氧化物已有人體臨床實驗的研究,可預見閤理包覆的鐵氧化物在人體腫瘤磁熱療中的應用前景.

It has practical significance to summarize and evaluate developed thermogenic materials for the right choice of materials for effective human tumour magnetic hyperthermia in the future.In view of this,the research of different kinds of thermogenic materials in this couple of years is reviewed,and evaluation factor is introduced to com-pare the heat production ability under different magnetic fields.By comparison,the materials with good heat production ability are calcium hydroxyapatite coated Fe_3O_4/γ-Fe_2O_3,Fe_3O_4 coated Fe,polyethylenimine coated MnFe_2O_4 and Co,in which iron oxide is used in human clinical It can be sure that iron oxide has a good prospect for magnetic hyperthermia.
