为提高全电刹车系统驱动器的静态、动态性能和可靠性,提高刹车系统的执行能力,针对系统中的关键技术进行了研究,在充分发挥DSP与CPLD功能的基础上,提出了合理的控制策略、软件设计和硬件设计,并对影响电路可靠性的因素进行了分析,提出了解决方案;在不同的工作状态下进行了试验,检验了驱动器的各项性能;试验结果表明,该设计性能优良,能够满足全电刹车系统的要求.
為提高全電剎車繫統驅動器的靜態、動態性能和可靠性,提高剎車繫統的執行能力,針對繫統中的關鍵技術進行瞭研究,在充分髮揮DSP與CPLD功能的基礎上,提齣瞭閤理的控製策略、軟件設計和硬件設計,併對影響電路可靠性的因素進行瞭分析,提齣瞭解決方案;在不同的工作狀態下進行瞭試驗,檢驗瞭驅動器的各項性能;試驗結果錶明,該設計性能優良,能夠滿足全電剎車繫統的要求.

In order to improve the static and dynamic performance and the reliability of the drive which is in the electric brake system to enhance the system's implementation capacity,key technology of the drive have been studied.Taking full advantage of the function of DS Pand CPLD,the paper gives reasonable control strategy,software design and hardware design and puts forward solutions for the factors which affect the circuit reliability.The performance of the drive has been tested in different conditions and experimental results show that the drive performs well and applies to the electric brake system.
