为提高伺服驱动器的集成度,减小其体积,降低损耗,提出一种采用平面变压器的多路输出反激式开关电源,为伺服驱动器提供辅助及开关管驱动电源.采用UCC38C43作为电流控制芯片,增加了工作电压软起动电路,提高了系统的稳定性.对反激变换器在电流断续模式(DCM)下的工作原理进行了理论分析,讨论了平面变压器的设计并给出了计算公式.设计完成了20~60 V直流电压输入,2路5 V、4路15 V直流输出,110 kHz开关频率的原理样机,实验结果证明,该样机可在较宽的输入电压范围内实现可靠输出,且效率较高.

To enhance the integration degree of the servo driver and reduce the volume and losses,a multiple-output fly-back switching power supply using planar transformer is presented.It can be used for the servo driver to provide auxiliary and driving power supply.Current control mode chip UCC38C43 is used and an operating voltage soft-start circuit is added to improve the stability of the system.On the discontinuous current mode(DCM) of flyback converter,the working principle is analyzed theoretically.The planar transformer design method is discussed and the calculation formulas are given.A DC 20~60 V voltage input,dual 5 V and quadruple DC 15 V output,110 kHz switching frequency prototype is completed.The experimental results show that it can achieve a reliable output in the wide input voltage range and reach a higher efficiency.
