[目的]探索氯化钙对一氧化碳还原分解磷石膏的影响效果.[方法]以CO作为还原剂,通过TG/DTG对CO 还原分解磷石膏的反应过程的研究,探讨磷石膏中掺入5%CaCl_2外加剂对还原分解过程的影响.[结果]TG/DTG对CO 还原分解磷石膏的反应过程可分为2个阶段:第1阶段即磷石膏中结晶水合物的脱水阶段,第2阶段即CO与磷石膏中CaSO_4发生氧化还原反应的阶段.磷石膏失重率随着升温速率呈现先增大后减小的变化趋势,但是变化量不大,而当磷石膏中掺入5%CaCl_2外加剂时,随着升温速率的增大磷石膏的失重率将稳定在38%左右不变,同时,第2阶段的反应活化能将大大降低,磷石膏的失重率也会有所提高.[结论]在磷石膏中掺入5%CaCl_2外加剂能大大降低CO还原磷石膏的反应活化能,同时能提高磷石膏的失重率.
[目的]探索氯化鈣對一氧化碳還原分解燐石膏的影響效果.[方法]以CO作為還原劑,通過TG/DTG對CO 還原分解燐石膏的反應過程的研究,探討燐石膏中摻入5%CaCl_2外加劑對還原分解過程的影響.[結果]TG/DTG對CO 還原分解燐石膏的反應過程可分為2箇階段:第1階段即燐石膏中結晶水閤物的脫水階段,第2階段即CO與燐石膏中CaSO_4髮生氧化還原反應的階段.燐石膏失重率隨著升溫速率呈現先增大後減小的變化趨勢,但是變化量不大,而噹燐石膏中摻入5%CaCl_2外加劑時,隨著升溫速率的增大燐石膏的失重率將穩定在38%左右不變,同時,第2階段的反應活化能將大大降低,燐石膏的失重率也會有所提高.[結論]在燐石膏中摻入5%CaCl_2外加劑能大大降低CO還原燐石膏的反應活化能,同時能提高燐石膏的失重率.

[Objective] The study aimed to research the effect of calcium chloride on the reductive decomposition of phosphogypsum with carbon monoxide. [Method] With the CO as the reducing agent, the effect of adding 5%CaCl_2 admixture in the phosphogypsum on the reductive decomposition process was discussed through the reaction process research of TG/DTG on the reductive decomposition of phosphogypsum with CO. [Result] The reductive decomposition process of TG/DTG on the reductive decomposition of phosphogypsum with CO could be divided into two stages: the first one was dehydration of crystalline hydrate in the phosphogypsum and second one was the redox reaction between CO and CaSO_4 in the phosphogypsum. With the rising of the heating rate, the weight-loss ratio of phosphogypsum showed the change trend of first increasing and then decreasing, but the variable quantity was little. With the rising of the heating rate, the weight-loss ratio of phosphogypsum would remain unchanged at 38% when the 5%CaCl_2 admixture was added in the phosphogypsum. At the same time, the reaction activation energy of the second stage was decreased largely and the weight-loss ratio of the phosphogypsum was also increased. [Conclusion] Adding 5%CaCl_2 admixture in the phosphogypsum could largely decreased the reaction activation energy of reductive phosphogypsum with CO and it could increase the weight-loss ratio of the phosphogypsum.
