该研究利用系统论和经济学的分析方法,构建起北京农民素质教育与公共投入耦合关系的基本分析框架.该框架分为2个层面,进行3种耦合关系分析,即宏观经济社会层面的能力耦合分析,农民素质教育与公共投入系统内部的总量耦合和结构耦合分析,揭示了农民素质教育与公共投入这一对耦合关系深层次的内涵.该研究为提高农民素质教育与公共投入系统的耦合度,实现各部分良性循环和高效运转,设计出了一个长效的耦合机制.

Using the system theory and economics analytical methods, the basic framework was established to analyze the matching system of quality education of Beijing farmers and public input. The framework was divided into two levels. And three types of matching relationship were analyzed, including the ability matching at macroeconomic society level, the gross matching and structure matching in the farmers' quality education and public input. The connotation of the matching relationship between farmers' quality education and public input was revealed at deep level. A long-term effective matching mechanism was designed to increase the matching degree between farmers' quality education and public input system and realize the good circulation and effective operation of different parts.
