为开展螺杆泵井过环空测试,研制了一种新型的螺杆泵井产出剖面测井仪器.阐述了该仪器的结构、特点、主要技术指标及其工作原理.它采用柔性连接结构,将温度、压力、磁定位、流量、含水率等5个测量参数设计在不同的短节上,使仪器能够顺利地通过螺杆泵井口和测试通道.仪器的弯曲部分采用特殊工艺,挠性好、载荷强度高,具有较高的耐温、耐压指标.含水率测量部分根据测试对象采用阻抗式和过流式2种方式,在扩大仪器测量范围的同时,相应地提高了含水率的测量精度.在大庆油田2口井的现场应用都取得了较好的实验效果,证明该仪器对螺杆泵井动态监测有重要的作用.

Introduced are the surface system and downhole tools for screw pump well and its testing technologies. In order to carry out production profile testing for screw pump well, a new type of production profile logging tool is designed. Presented are the structure, characteristics, main technical specifications and principle of the logging tool. The tool adopts flexible join structure, and it distributes 5 measured parameters including temperature, pressure, casing collar location, flow rate and water hold-up into multi-tool string. So it can passes through screw pump well mouth and the test channel easily. The bending part of the tool has good flexibility and high load pressure with special manufactural technique. It can withstand high temperature and high pressure as well. The measurement part for water hold-up uses 2 different measure patterns: resistance pattern or flow-by pattern for different testing fluids, and this makes the measurement range enlarged and the accuracy increased as well. Practical application of 2 wells in Daqing oilfield shows good result, and it is proved that the combination logging tool has an important role in the dynamic monitoring of screw pump well.
