用α-淀粉酶水解城市生活垃圾,研究了水解过程中α-淀粉酶添加量、水解温度、水解时间和底物浓度对水解度的影响.结果表明,α-淀粉酶水解城市生活垃圾的适宜条件为:α-淀粉酶添加量80 IU/g,水解时间60 min,水解温度80 ℃,底物浓度10%.

α-amylase was applied to hydrolyze starch in the MSW. The degree of hydrolysis which was influenced by the hydrolysis temperature, hydrolysis time, α-amylase dosage and substrate concentration was studied. The results showed that the optimum conditions of hydrolysis of MSW by α-amylase were as follows: α-amylase dosage was 80 IU/g, hydrolysis time was 60 min, hydrolysis temperature was 80 ℃ and substrate concentration was 10%.
