以高柱头外露率的50S作母本,低柱头外露率的三系粳稻保持系连B作父本杂交,种植F2群体,取单株调查柱头外露率,分析表明柱头外露率接近正态分布,均值为31.5%,变异幅度较大,外露率超过80%的比例仅有1.5%.据此认为粳稻遗传背景的高柱头外露率品系选育难度较大,并对高柱头外露选育方法进行了探讨.

Use 50S as female parent, which with high percentage of exserted stigma, crossed with Maintainer Line lianB wich is three-line Japonica type with lower percentage of exserted stigma, plant-ing F2 generation, analysis showed that the percentage of exserted stigma close to normal distribution, the average was about 31.5 percent, the variability range was more significant, the percentage of exsert-ed stigma exceeded 80 percent was only 1.5 percent. Considered that breeding high percentage of exserted stigma which have Japonica rice background was difficult, and discussed the breeding method of high percentage of exserted stigma.
