本文使用整体析晶法制备微晶玻璃陶瓷复合板材,将基础玻璃压延成薄片放置于普通瓷质砖上,一起进行热处理,可获得表层为微晶玻璃,基体为普通陶瓷的复合板材.借助DTA,XRD,SEM等分析测试手段.讨论微晶玻璃成分、显微结构和复合板材的结合性和力学性能.

A new method called integral crystallization method was introduced to prepare glass-ceramic/ceramics combined tiles. A combined file with glass-ceramics as surface and normal ceramic as matrix has been obtained by putting special glass slice on the porcelain file and then heating for crystallization according to designed tem-perature curve.By mean of DTA,XRD,SEM etc,the composition and structure of glass-ceramic and the me-chanics performance of combined tile were studied.
