目的：将鸦胆子油制成干燥乳剂，进行药效学对比实验，开发药物新剂型。方法：采用喷雾干燥方法制备鸦胆子油干燥乳剂，进行质量评价，同时用两种动物，以雷尼替丁为对照药进行抑制胃溃疡形成的药效学实验。结果与结论：干燥乳剂具有良好的再分散性、稳定性。药效学结果显示，对小鼠阿司匹林所致胃溃疡，束水应激胃溃疡，大鼠醋酸所致慢性胃溃疡，幽门结扎胃溃疡均有明显的抑制作用。
목적：장아담자유제성간조유제，진행약효학대비실험，개발약물신제형。방법：채용분무간조방법제비아담자유간조유제，진행질량평개，동시용량충동물，이뢰니체정위대조약진행억제위궤양형성적약효학실험。결과여결론：간조유제구유량호적재분산성、은정성。약효학결과현시，대소서아사필림소치위궤양，속수응격위궤양，대서작산소치만성위궤양，유문결찰위궤양균유명현적억제작용。
OBJECTIVE：To study on the preparation of drying cmulsion of Brucca Javanica and to cvaluatc its quality METHODS:The drying emulsion was prepared by spraying drying method.The content,second dispersion and stability of this emulsion were in vestigated. The pharmacodynamics of the drying emulsion were also studied in rats and mouse.RESULTS：This emulsion had good second dispersion and stability.The pharmacodynamic study showed that restrainable effect of drying emulsion was outstanding on gastric ulcer caused by aspirin in mouse,on chronic gastric ulcer caused by acetic acid in rats,on irritability gastric ulcer in mouse,and on gastric ulcer caused by pylurus ligation in rats,respectively.CONCLUSION：A drying cmulsion of Brucea Javanica oil showed effective to gastric ulcer.
