目的:建立大鼠小肠循环液中酚红的 测定方法。方法:采用双波长分光光度法,以0.1mol/L NaOH为溶剂,558nm 为测定波长,570nm为参比波长。结果:线性范围为1~8μg/ml,回收率 为99.88%~99.99%(n=5),日内RSD为0.51%~1.27%(n=4),日间RSD为0.58%~2.29%(n=4)。 结论:该法可用于大鼠小肠液中酚红的测定。

목적:건립대서소장순배액중분홍적 측정방법。방법:채용쌍파장분광광도법,이0.1mol/L NaOH위용제,558nm 위측정파장,570nm위삼비파장。결과:선성범위위1~8μg/ml,회수솔 위99.88%~99.99%(n=5),일내RSD위0.51%~1.27%(n=4),일간RSD위0.58%~2.29%(n=4)。 결론:해법가용우대서소장액중분홍적측정。
OBJECTIVE:To develop a spectrophotometric method for t he determination of phenol red in rat small intestine circulation solut ion.METHODS:The absorption of solution was determined at 558nm and 5 70nm with.0.1mol/ml NaOH as the solvent.RESULTS:The calibration cur ve was linear in the rang from 1 to 8μg/ml.The recovery was 99.88%~99.99%.The within day precision was 0.51%~1.27% and the day to day precision was 0.58% ~2.29%.CONCLUSION:This method can be used to determine phenol red i n rat small intestine circulation.
