目的：探讨治疗高颧弓的较佳手术方法。方法：颞部入路，在颞深筋膜浅层和深层的浅层间显露颧弓，挫修突出的骨嵴。结果：术后3个月随访，外观满意，效果良好。结论：本法较传统方法创伤更小、更简捷、安全。
目的：探討治療高顴弓的較佳手術方法。方法：顳部入路，在顳深觔膜淺層和深層的淺層間顯露顴弓，挫脩突齣的骨嵴。結果：術後3箇月隨訪，外觀滿意，效果良好。結論：本法較傳統方法創傷更小、更簡捷、安全。
목적：탐토치료고권궁적교가수술방법。방법：섭부입로，재섭심근막천층화심층적천층간현로권궁，좌수돌출적골척。결과：술후3개월수방，외관만의，효과량호。결론：본법교전통방법창상경소、경간첩、안전。
Objective: To investigate the therapy of high arcus xygomaticus. Methods: Temples apposch, Operated on it between the supaficial temporal fascia and deep temporal fasjcia. Result: After opreration three months, random visit the patients and effect is all right. Conclusion : Compare with traditional method, this method have following strongpoint: less wound, more simpleness, rapidness and safety
