目的:探讨协同刺激分子B7-H3在喉鳞癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学染色检测27例喉鳞癌患者组织标本及26例声带息肉标本中B7-H3的表达,并对其表达情况与患者淋巴结转移、临床分期、病理分级、临床分型、年龄、性别、吸烟量等进行相关分析。结果在喉鳞癌组织和声带息肉组织中B7-H3的阳性表达率差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),B7-H3癌组织中的表达强度与患者淋巴结转移、临床分期、病理分级、临床分型、年龄、性别、吸烟量无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 B7-H3在喉鳞癌组织中确有高表达,在声带组织中低表达或不表达,且表达强度与患者淋巴结转移、临床分期、病理分级、临床分型、年龄、性别、吸烟量无关。说明B7-H3表达与喉鳞癌生物学存在相关性,提示B7-H3表达可作为了解喉鳞癌生物学特性有价值的指标。

Objective To investigate the role and biological significance of the expression of B7-H3 gene in the carcinogenesis and progression of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma(LSCC). Methods The expression of B7-H3 was detected by immunobistocheemistry method in 27 cases of LSCC and 26 cases of vocal cord polyp,and the expression of B7-H3 was analyzed in LSCC with different clinical stages,pathological grades, clinical classi fications,ages,sex,smoking and lymph node metastasis. Results The positive expression rate of B7-H3 in LSCC was obviously higher than that in vocal cord polyp.(P<0.05).And there was no correlation with ifferent clinical stages,pathological grades, clinical classifications,ages,sex,smoking and lymph node metastasis.(P>0.05). Conclusion The inactivation of B7-H3 is correlated with the carcinogenesis and progression of laryngeal carcinoma. B7-H3 may be a vital target gene for early diagnsis,gene therapy and prognosis of LSCC.
