研究了细AP含量、增塑剂癸二酸二异辛酯(DOS)含量和键合剂LW1等因素对HTPB/IPDI高燃速推进剂-55 ℃低温力学性能的影响,获得了一个使用温度范围广(-55 ℃~+70 ℃)、综合性能优良的丁羟高燃速推进剂配方。该推进剂除具有能量高、燃速高等特点外,还有优良的力学性能,70 ℃最大抗拉强度(σm)大于0.5 MPa, 25 ℃,70 ℃最大伸长率(εm)大于45%,-55 ℃时的伸长率大于30%。
研究瞭細AP含量、增塑劑癸二痠二異辛酯(DOS)含量和鍵閤劑LW1等因素對HTPB/IPDI高燃速推進劑-55 ℃低溫力學性能的影響,穫得瞭一箇使用溫度範圍廣(-55 ℃~+70 ℃)、綜閤性能優良的丁羥高燃速推進劑配方。該推進劑除具有能量高、燃速高等特點外,還有優良的力學性能,70 ℃最大抗拉彊度(σm)大于0.5 MPa, 25 ℃,70 ℃最大伸長率(εm)大于45%,-55 ℃時的伸長率大于30%。

The effects of the contents of fine ammonium perchlorate(AP) and plasticizer di-2-ethylhexyl sebacate(DOS) and bonding agent LW1 on mechanical properties of high burning rate HTPB/IPDI propellant at -55 ℃ were studied.A high burning rate HTPB propellant formulation with better comprehensive properties and used in the -55 ℃~+70 ℃ broad temperature range was gained. Propellant formulation has better mechanical properties except for properties of high burning rate and energy. Maximum tensile strength(σm) of propellant at 70 ℃ is higher than 0.5 MPa. Maximum elongation(εm) at 70 ℃ and 25 ℃ are superior to 45%. Maximum elongation(εm) at -55 ℃ is higher than 30%.
