针对田家庵发电厂波兰产的1号、2号(TK-120)汽轮机的现运行情况,实施了对汽轮机中压缸、转子及轴封系统的改造工程。使中压缸的内效率由85.69%提高到91.96%,整机热耗由9?294.1kJ/(kW*h)降低到9?085.18kJ/(kW*h),汽轮机前端轴瓦振动由0.05mm降低到0.008mm,汽轮机后端轴瓦振动由0.10mm降低到0.012mm,汽轮机推力瓦温度由98℃降低到77℃,机组轴封系统达到设计标准。机组改造后综合安全性能得到了保证,热效率明显提高,获得了良好的经济和社会效益。

The IP cylinder rotor and gland-packing system of No.1、No.2 TK-120 steam turbine has been modified according to its operation in TianJia'an power station.The inner efficiency is improved from 85.69% to 91.96%;the heat consumption is reduced from 9294.1kJ/(kW*h) to 9085.18kJ/(kW*h) the vibration of bearing pad in front is from 0.05mm to 0.008mm and 0.1mm to 0.012mm in back;the temperature of thrust pad is from 98℃ to 77℃;the gland-packing system can meet the design requirement.After the modification,the safety and heat efficiency is increased largely.So better efficiency in economics and society can be gained.
