鲁北平原在深层地下水开发利用过程中，由于开采地段过于集中在城镇，加上不合理开采等因素，出现了区域性深层地下水超采漏斗不断扩大、部分地段地下水资源枯竭和水质咸化问题严重、重点城镇地面沉降加剧及饮用高氟高碘地下水引发的地方病呈上升趋势等诸多水环境问题。笔者分析了这些问题的分布规律及演化趋势，从地学角度，提出了对策建议。

로북평원재심층지하수개발이용과정중，유우개채지단과우집중재성진，가상불합리개채등인소，출현료구역성심층지하수초채루두불단확대、부분지단지하수자원고갈화수질함화문제엄중、중점성진지면침강가극급음용고불고전지하수인발적지방병정상승추세등제다수배경문제。필자분석료저사문제적분포규률급연화추세，종지학각도，제출료대책건의。
Due to the exploitation and utilization of deep groundwater in northern Shandong plain, a lot of environmental problms have been occurred,such as,the regional deep groundwater depression is continuously enlarging,in some area,deep groundwater exhausted and water quality is becoming more and more saltish,as well as land subsidence was aggravated and endemic appeared in some major towns.The reason is that the groundwater exploitation is most concentrated in towns areamabd tge exploiting methods is much more irrational.The author analyzes these environmental problems and presents a lot of proposals and countermeasures.
