A much more economic loss shall be involved in motor vehicleusage department if the seat holes of main bearing and connecting-rod bearing in motor vehicle engine (specially for imported engines)are worn severely. No good effect is obtained when a common welding method and gluing race repair is used, but a better result can be obtained when electric arc spray coating repair method is used. The material selection and spray coating process in this repair method is introduced.
