目的：探讨急性心肌梗塞时，QT间期离散度对其预后判定的意义。方法：回顾性分析了48例急性心肌梗塞患者的近期预后，对比分析死亡组和存活组二组的QT间期离散度（QTd）。结果：死亡组较存活组的QT间期离散度明显延长。结论：急性心肌梗塞后QT离散度的增大是预测短期死亡率较有效的指标。
목적：탐토급성심기경새시，QT간기리산도대기예후판정적의의。방법：회고성분석료48례급성심기경새환자적근기예후，대비분석사망조화존활조이조적QT간기리산도（QTd）。결과：사망조교존활조적QT간기리산도명현연장。결론：급성심기경새후QT리산도적증대시예측단기사망솔교유효적지표。
Objective The significance of prognosis judging with the Dispersion Degree of QT Interval was been studied among the patients who suffered from the acute myocardial infarction.Method The recent prognosis of 48 patients was analyzed retrospectively who suffered from the acute myocardial infarction.we analyzed the QT dispersion（OTd）comparatively between the dead and survival group.Results That the QT Interval of dead group was significantly protracted than the survival one.Conclusion The high Dispersion Degree of QT Interval was an effective index to predicate the short term mortality of acute myocardial infarction.
