为了解含硫代硫酸钠、吐温80、卵磷脂的复方中和剂对含次氯酸钠、十二烷基磺酸钠的复方消毒剂的中和效果，进行了菌悬液定量试验。结果，将中和剂各成分混合后经压力蒸汽灭菌处理，或分别以压力蒸汽灭菌处理后再混合，对该消毒液的中和效果均不符合要求。因此，用此复方中和剂中和含氯复方消毒剂时，应先做中和剂试验，加以检验。

In order to know the efficacy of the compound neutralizer containing sodium thiosulfate,Tween 80 and lecithin in neutralizing the compound disinfectant containing sodiumhypochlorite and sodium dodecylsulfonate, the bacterial suspension quantitative test was carried out. The results showed that the efficacy of the neutralizer autoclaved after its ingredientswere mixed or prepared by mixing its ingredients autoclaved respectively in neutralizing thedisinfectant did not fulfill the requirements, therefore neutralizer test should be carried outfirst when this compound neutralizer is used for neutralizing compound chlorine-containingdisifectants in order to examine its efficacy.
