为了生产用于分子筛脱蜡装置的正戊烷脱附剂,利用络合化学试剂对切割分离后的重整正戊烷油进行了脱烯烃精制实验。结果表明:化学试剂C具有较好的脱除烯烃的作用,使正戊烷油的溴指数由7 190 mgBr/(100g)降至110 mgBr/(100g)以下,硫和氮含量也有所降低,正戊烷的含量同时提高1%~2%,其它指标没有变化。精制后正戊烷油完全达到分子筛脱蜡装置对正戊烷脱附剂各项使用指标的要求。

In order to produce n-pentane desorbing agent for molecular sieve dewaxing unit,the refining tests for reformed n-pentane oil were carried out by using complexing agents.The results showed that the complexing agent C has better effect on olefin removal.The Bromine index of n-entane oil decreased from 7 190 mg/100g to 110mg/100g, the sulfur and nitrogen contents in n-pentane oil also decreased,while the n-pentane content increased by 1%~2% with its other properties not changed.The refined n-pentane oil met requirements of molecular sieve dewaxing unit.
