The formula of jet pump energy dissipation rate per unit mass is derived in this paper related to jet pump axis dimension with energy dissipation rote. Thereby replenishes the lack of basic capability equation only referred to section dimension. By comparing and analyzing the formula of jet pump energy dissipation rate per unit mass with beater and static, it comes to the conclusion that jet pump has great capability of liquid-liquid mixing. Although the efficiency of jet pump is lower, but it can get high intensity when it used for mixing
